our care services

Assisted Living

Assisted living residents are those who do not need skilled nursing care, but may need assistance with some aspects of daily life. This can include personal care such as dressing and grooming, monitoring of health, safety, and overall well-being, coordination of outside health care providers, assistance with medication, companionship, and more.

Our assisted living residents at Morningside of Concord live in their own private apartment within our community so that they have the support and services they need, while continuing to be as independent and active as possible.

Alzheimer's/Memory Care

At Morningside of Concord, our unique approach to caring for residents with Alzheimer’s or memory loss includes helping each person to continue engaging in activities and with others to rediscover skills and interests, and to reach their highest potential at that moment.

Along with providing daily living assistance and coordinating any necessary medical care, we are dedicated to addressing our residents’ cognitive needs. Each staff member receives intensive training specifically in Alzheimer’s care.

Short-term Stays

Morningside of Concord also offers short-term stays for seniors who need care after a hospital stay, or when family members travel out of town or simply need a short respite break from the stresses of caregiving.

Short-term stays can vary from a week to months. Short-term guests enjoy housekeeping services, dining, community activities, transportation and other amenities, as well as coordination of any necessary medical care and help with daily living activities.
