Autumn Care of Mocksville, a 108 bed facility provides rehabilitative services as well as long term nursing care to a variety of individuals. Our goal is to meet the long or short term physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of each resident. Nursing services are furnished 24 hours a day by RNs, LPNs, and Nursing Assistants. A fulltime Medical Director supervises all medical services. Employed by Autumn Care of Mocksville, our dedicated rehab team provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy. This enables us to deliver comprehensive short and long term rehabilitation programs. These individualized programs help residents achieve their maximum rehabilitation potential.
Individuals who are planning a hospitalization requiring post-surgical rehabilitation may take advantage of our pre-admission program. This program allows you to reserve a room at Autumn Care of Mocksville for rehabilitation services following your surgery.
