Welcome to Autumn Care of Saluda, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. We are centrally located just off I-26 a short distance from Hendersonville, Flat Rock, Spartanburg, Greenville and Asheville.
Should you require an extended or short term stay, we offer 24-hour nursing care and around the clock admissions for both skilled and intermediate levels of care. The team at Autumn Care is dedicated to providing quality services while making you feel at home. We are committed to preserving the dignity of each person entrusted to our care and we believe that those standards of care are not mere words. At Autumn we are committed to service above self. It is our commitment to always seek a better way to provide for our residents.
Should your family member need rehabilitation services in order to return home to independence, then look to our excellent staff of certified therapists. Each of our therapists is experienced in serving the needs of the adult population, specializing in geriatrics.
