Welcome to Cross Road Retirement Community where residents enjoy independent Village Apartment living free of lawn and maintenance issues. Residents in our Assisted Living Center and AlzheimerÃs Care Center receive assistance that is needed.
The Beginning
Cross Road Retirement Community is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1982 as a ministry of The Cross Road Baptist Church. Cross Road accepted its first resident in 1983 and has provided over a thousand individuals with quality care and a secure lifestyle. We offer our residentÃs families the peace of mind that comes from knowing their loved ones are in a beautiful and safe environment. Cross Road Retirement Community is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors.

serves our residents with respect and dignity in an atmosphere of love. As a non-profit Christian ministry, we are committed to the changing needs of seniors and their families.
Assisted Living
The Assisted Living Center is a residential setting. Residents have a lifestyle of social and intellectual stimulation. See our lifestyle Page for pictures. Added security is provided by 24-hour video hall monitoring via state of the art security cameras
with monitoring screens at each station. A well-trained staff provides professional and compassionate care to our residents. Some staff
have been at Cross Road for twelve years or more.
The State of North Carolina Division of Facility Services in Raleigh licenses The Assisted Living Center.
