At Forest Heights, you will enjoy the privacy of your own individual apartment within a community of care and support. The Resident Care Team, including the Administrator and Nurse, oversees our care and services provided by our trained Resident Assistants.

Because we value the time-tested connection people have with their pets, we welcome you to bring your pet to live with you at our community. We accept most small pets, and have minimal deposit requirements to make the necessary accommodations.

OUR CARE SERVICES

Assisted Living
Assisted living residents are those who do not need skilled nursing care, but may need assistance with some aspects of daily life. This can include personal care such as dressing and grooming assistance, monitoring of health, safety, and overall well-being, assistance with medication, companionship, and more.

At Forest Heights Senior Living Community, our assisted living residents live in their own apartments within our community so that they have the support and services they need, while continuing to be as independent and active as possible.

Personal Services
Each assisted living resident is assessed prior to move-in at Forest Heights, and regularly thereafter, to determine which level of care is needed. In addition to the basic services that all of our residents receive, Personal Assistance services are provided and billed only as we assess - along with the resident and family - that additional services are needed.

Alzheimer's/Memory Care
Our unique approach to caring for residents with Alzheimer’s or memory loss includes helping each person to continue engaging in activities and with others to rediscover skills and interests, and to reach their highest potential at that moment.

Along with providing daily living assistance and coordinating any necessary medical care, we are dedicated to addressing our residents’ cognitive needs. Each staff member receives intensive training specifically in Alzheimer’s care.
