Heritage Hills Living Center
Heritage Hills has 66 beds for skilled nursing and 53 beds for assisted living. We’re located in the beautiful countryside setting of Wadesboro, NC, beside Twin Valley Country Club and 2 miles from Anson Community Hospital. Wadesboro is a small town, but it has beautiful parks and great shopping.
Our specialized rehab care includes Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy, and we also offer specialized skin care. We provide transportation to and from physician offices for residents.
We’re proud to note that we recently received a “zero deficiencies†review from the state, which conducts surprise inspections and grades facilities in over 500 areas. Stop by for a visit and you’ll see why we earned this rating.
Heritage Hills Amenities
We work hard to make our living center feel like home. Our amenities include phone and cable TV access, a front porch with rockers and a beauty/barber shop.
We tell our residents and their families, “Our job is to help improve or maintain your quality of life.†So whether you are here with us temporarily for specialized rehab services or long term care, we want to make sure you and your family will be completely satisfied with our care and southern hospitality.
