Ocean Trail Convalescent Center is a 116 bed facility. Of those beds 99 are Skilled Nursing and 17 are Assisted Living. Our Rehabilitation Hall consists of 14 of the Skilled Nursing beds. We are in the process of opening 14 Independent Living Efficiency Apartments. The Grand Opening will be announced soon.

We offer Private and Semi-private rooms. Rooms include cable connection for basic cable and call bell speaker system for nurse-patient communication. Laundry services are optional. Each room has an individually-controlled thermostat.

The primary function of the facility is to render nursing care, restorative and rehabilitative services. The provision of diverse social, recreational and spiritual activities is also of vital importance. Our philosophy and commitment are to assist each resident in meeting these needs on an individual basis.
