The Gardens of Statesville is nestled among six wooded acres located in Statesville, NC in Iredell County, just two miles from the intersection of Interstates 77 and 40. The community is within minutes of Statesvilleâ€™s charming downtown area. The Gardens of Statesville offers Assisted and Independent Living Cottages. The Assisted Living facility is licensed for 67 residents with two apartment styles to choose from, with private and semi-private suites. Residents enjoy the country kitchen, and family nights here average about 150 people.

ACTIVITIES

Our residents, staff and volunteers enjoy a wide variety of daily activities from exercise, to weekly outings, arts and crafts, socials (tea/lemonade/coffee/ice cream), sing-a-longs, gardening, and the list goes on and on. Monthly Family Night, and interactions between seniors, kids, plants, and animals are promoted and scheduled to enrich quality of life. We believe our residents know what they like, and we work their individual hobbies and interests into our activity program as well. Activities are scheduled morning, afternoon and evening hours.
Independent Living Cottages at The Gardens of Statesville

Cardinal Village Independent Living is the perfect addition to the campus of The Gardens of Statesville. Cardinal Village features 15 brand new brick cottages, all one level, with one and two bedroom floor plans to choose from. Kitchen appliances, utilities, ceiling fans and blinds are provided. Let us take care of the yard work and maintenance so you can enjoy the daily activities and nutritious meals in a newly constructed dining room. All cottages are cable and internet ready. Each cottage has itâ€™s own garage and patio with privacy fence in the back yard. Central air and heat as well as life-line call system available. The cottages are perfect for having family and friends over. Bring your own car or we will be happy to provide transportation to medical appointments.

Cardinal Village offers three monthly rental plans to choose from. Socialization awaits you as you make the most of your golden years from outings to shop and eat to on campus events such as wine and cheese socials, entertainers, and more. Cardinal Village also offers an easy transition to assisted living care if needed.
