Village Care of King is located within sight of Pilot Mountain in King, North Carolina. Since Village Care of King first opened it's doors in 1991, close to 900 individuals have received rehabilitation and nursing care. We are proud to be both a rehabilitation and healthcare center, providing extended or short stay care.

Village Care of King is licensed by the NC Department of Health and Human Services. We are contracted providers with Hospice, Partners, and Veteran Affairs and file with Medicare, Medicaid, and third party insurance.

We provide numerous services for our residents including:

• Nutritional interventions
• Physical, speech and occupational therapy
• I.V. therapy
• Respite care
• Social services
• Daily Housekeeping and Laundry
• Full time Activity Program including Van Trips
• Home cooked meals
• Resident council
• Beauty and Barber services

At Village Care of King, you’ll find that we’re far from being a “nursing home”. We are a close knit family who care about each other in a unique and special way. In order to meet each individuals needs, we set goals and work as a team. Our mission is to meet the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of each of our residents.
